These terms apply to the Bitepins app and bitepins.com ("Bitepins"). By using Bitepins you agree to them.
What Bitepins is
Bitepins is a free map that shows public videos by food creators at the restaurants they feature. Videos are embedded from TikTok using TikTok's official player and belong to their creators. Restaurant locations are approximate and may be out of date, so please check details with the restaurant before you go.
Using Bitepins
- Use Bitepins for personal, lawful purposes.
- Don't scrape, copy, or resell the map data, or try to break or overload the service.
- Embedded videos are also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service.
Creators
- By connecting your TikTok account, you let Bitepins show your public videos on the map, with your name and a link to your profile.
- You keep all rights to your videos. We don't download or re-host them, and views happen on TikTok.
- You can disconnect at any time and ask us to remove your videos by emailing hello@bitepins.com.
- If a video is matched to the wrong restaurant, tell us and we'll fix it.
Restaurants
If you own a restaurant and something about your listing is wrong, email us and we'll correct it.
No warranty
Bitepins is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee that opening hours, locations, prices, or reviews in videos are correct. Opinions in videos are the creators' own.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Bitepins is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service, including meals you didn't enjoy.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and keep using Bitepins means you accept the new version.
